International expert on Ukraine, Dr. Taras Kuzio, speaks to the NATO Association of Canada about what the Paris attacks, Minsk II, and Russia’s intervention in Syria mean for the future Ukraine, as well as NATO’s involvement in the Ukrainian conflict.

Dr. Kuzio is a senior fellow at the Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies, University of Alberta, and author of “Ukraine: Democratization, Corruption and the New Russian Imperialism.”

His work has been published in Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, and the Kyiv Post.
