Watch as I interview Dr. Sorpong Peou. He is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Politics and Public Administration at Ryerson University. Dr. Peou is also a member of the Yeates School of Graduate Studies. In addition to holding a PhD in International Relations and Comparative Politics from York University, Dr. Peou also holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from York University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Waterloo.
Dr. Peou discusses one of his many publications, “Human Security Studies: Theories, Methods and Themes.” Dr. Peou examines the concept of human security along with the significance of different methodological and theoretical perspectives.
