Mr. Ted Whiteside is currently acting as Assistant Secretary General for Public Diplomacy at NATO Headquarters in Brussels. He was a speaker on the “ Security Perspectives” panel for the NATO Council of Canada’s conference, ‘Ukraine: The Future of International Norms.’ In this video, Mr. Whiteside highlights various issues pertaining to the NATO Readiness Action Plan (RAP), the defence investment pledge, the Ukrainian crisis, and a recent NATO initiative called ‘Return To Hope.’
