Matthew McDonald is a Research Analyst for NATO Association of Canada. He is currently conducting research at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University in Suzhou, China this summer. He is studying Global Management Studies (B. Commerce) at Ryerson University. He was previously a program editor for NATO Operations, has interned at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, DC and has completed several internships in finance. He is interested in the increasing role China plays on the global stage, and plans to pursue a master’s degree in international affairs or economics after graduation.
