Aimé Saldias is a Junior Research Fellow at the NATO Association of Canada within the NATO and Canada Program. She is actively pursuing her Master in International Security at the Paris School of International Affairs at Sciences Po. Her previous experience includes roles in government, where she worked as a policy analyst at the U.S. Consulate General Toronto and the Ontario Public Service. She was also a Canadian cultural ambassador in both Japan and China, where she organised workshops for youth designed to help them develop sustainable solutions to challenges faced in their local communities. Her research interests centre around critical mineral supply chains, arms procurement, and cultural diplomacy to foster connections between diverse communities.
