Tina Park

Dr. Tina Park is the Founder and CEO of The Park Group Inc., a global consulting firm specializing in Track 1.5 diplomacy, strategic advisory, and high-level international conferences. Trusted by NATO member states, international organizations, and Fortune 500 companies, The Park Group has built a reputation for convening influential leaders from government, business, and academia to foster meaningful dialogue and help tackle some of the world’s most pressing challenges.

As an internationally recognized expert on Korea, NATO, and Indo-Pacific security, Tina brings nearly two decades of experience advising governments, defence institutions, and multilateral organizations on nuclear non-proliferation, cyber security, and regional stability in Northeast Asia. She is a frequent commentator on international affairs for major media outlets including CBC, CTV, BBC, CNN, and Al Jazeera.

Tina is a proud alumna of Trinity College (OT9) and Massey College, as well as the NATO Defense College in Rome. She currently serves as a Fellow of the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University, a member of the North American Arctic Defence and Security Network, and a member of the International Advisory Board of the War Memorial of Korea.

Tina is currently completing two forthcoming books—one on NATO, defence innovation, and strategic partnerships in the Indo-Pacific, and another on Korean culture and society. Fluent in six languages, she is widely recognized for her ability to connect people, ideas, and institutions across borders in support of stronger international cooperation and mutual understanding.

The NAOC has had a leading role in the recent transformation and modernization of the ATA, and helped to create and develop the Youth Atlantic Treaty Association (YATA).

    The NAOC has strong ties with the Government of Canada including Global Affairs Canada and the Department of National Defence. We are constantly working to create and maintain relationships with international organizations such as the World Bank Group, the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development, NATO Headquarters, the International Criminal Court, and other prominent international NGOs and think tanks.
