Bryan Brulotte

Bryan Brulotte is an entrepreneur, investor, military veteran, and public policy advocate with more than four decades of leadership experience spanning business, defence, government, and community service. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the NATO Association of Canada.

Mr. Brulotte is the Chairman of Sterling-Trust, a private family office and investment company focused on long-term value creation, strategic investments, and philanthropy. He is also the founder of MaxSys Staffing & Consulting, one of Canada’s leading staffing and professional services firms, which he built into a national enterprise before its successful sale.

A graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada, Mr. Brulotte served as Cadet Wing Commander and later completed service with both the Regular Force and Reserve Force, including with the Royal 22e Régiment and the Governor General’s Foot Guards. His military involvement spans more than 42 years, and he remains actively engaged in veterans’ affairs, defence policy, and national security issues.

Throughout his career, Mr. Brulotte has advised senior political leaders, supported numerous charitable and educational organizations, and contributed to public debate through articles and commentary on defence, security, economic policy, and international affairs. He is a strong advocate for NATO, transatlantic cooperation, democratic institutions, and Canada’s role within the international security community.

In addition to his work with the NATO Association of Canada, Mr. Brulotte serves on a number of corporate, charitable, and public-interest boards. He is a committed supporter of military heritage initiatives, veteran causes, healthcare philanthropy, and educational institutions across Canada.

Mr. Brulotte resides in Ottawa with his wife, Kaitlin, and continues to be actively involved in business, public affairs, and community leadership.

We are constantly working to create and maintain relationships with international organizations such as the World Bank Group, the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development, NATO Headquarters, the International Criminal Court, and other prominent international NGOs and think tanks.
