His expertise covers policy analysis, program development, stakeholder management, and data analysis, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based, inclusive approaches.

Sean has held board positions with the Society of Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities and the Politics and Governance Student Association, where he spearheaded initiatives on social justice and urban inequality. As an alum of the CDA Institute’s Young Professionals Programme, he has gained key insights on skills in diplomacy and intergovernmental collaboration. He aims to contribute to Canadian public policy and, ultimately, to international organizations such as the United Nations, advancing the Sustainable Development Goals through innovative, intersectional policy solutions.
