Apostolos Zezos is a second-year University of Toronto (Trinity College) student currently pursuing a double major in Global Health and Public Policy. With a strong interest in health policy and healthcare management, he has completed several internships on the subject. In the winter of 2023, Apostolos was an intern for the Consulate General of Greece in Toronto, focusing on passport issuing where he learnt valuable lessons about the privileges of dual citizens. He then took on an internship at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre where he assisted the Director of Medical Affairs in designing a novel leadership layout for hospital administration. While abroad in Greece, Apostolos spent time at the MSF Greece (Doctors Without Borders) office in Athens where he spearheaded a qualitative analysis on environmental displacement. He is currently partaking an internship at the NAOC as an Events Coordinator, and he is excited to contribute the lens of “healthcare” as part of subsequent events.
