Inaaya Khurram is a Membership Coordinator at the NATO Association of Canada, where she supports member engagement and contributes to initiatives that connect students, professionals, and organisations to conversations around global affairs and international cooperation. Her work focuses on building relationships, supporting programs, and helping create spaces where foreign work can be discussed in an accessible and engaging way.
Alongside her role at the Association, Inaaya has been involved in a wide range of projects across consulting, leadership, and competitive case work. She has worked in team-based environments to develop solutions to real organisational challenges, managing structure and adapting quickly in fast-paced settings. Through these experiences, she has developed a strong interest in collaboration, communication, and problem solving.
Inaaya is drawn to work that involves impact and initiative, whether that means contributing to mission-driven organisations, supporting community-focused projects, or taking on leadership roles that require both responsibility and adaptability. She values environments that encourage learning, curiosity, and meaningful contribution, and is motivated by opportunities that allow her to grow across disciplines rather than remain confined to a single track.
