Dost Mohammad Sidiqi

Dost Mohammad Sidiqi is a multidisciplinary professional with extensive experience in international affairs, education, humanitarian work, and community engagement. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Macroeconomics from the Technological University of Tajikistan, where he also served as an Assistant Professor teaching Social Science, Philosophy, and Economics. During his studies, he founded the Economic Laboratory Club for Talented Students, a selective initiative aimed at developing strategies and models to support national economic growth. Out of over 6,000 students, 12 highly talented individuals were selected to join the club.

From 2019 to 2022, Dost volunteered with international organizations including the United Nations, IOM, UNICEF, DAFI, and several American and European NGOs. While working with the UN and IOM, he managed a refugee orientation project for 3,000 individuals transitioning from Tajikistan to Canada, providing critical guidance and support. Since October 2022, he has contributed to the Afghan Aviators Group in Toronto, assisting retired Afghan Air Force pilots through event coordination, digital upskilling, and mentorship.

In addition to his academic and humanitarian work, Dost is a professional boxer and certified boxing coach with 13 years of experience, has trained in wrestling for one year, and holds a green belt in Taekwondo. He is deeply passionate about entrepreneurship, community service, and helping others succeed. In his free time, he enjoys reading, learning, and writing poetry in English, Dari, Hindi, and Urdu.

Dost is known as a formal, respectful, and socially engaged individual who sees the world as a beautiful garden, where all nationalities are like flowers with different colours. His personal philosophy is captured in his favourite quote:
“The Beginning of an End and the End of a Beginning.”

We are constantly working to create and maintain relationships with international organizations such as the World Bank Group, the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development, NATO Headquarters, the International Criminal Court, and other prominent international NGOs and think tanks.
