Natalia is currently finishing her last year at the University of Toronto, with a double major in International Relations and Peace, Conflict and Justice Studies, and a minor in Economics. She is greatly interested in conflict resolution, transitional justice, economic development, and the long-term development legacy of violent conflict. She recently interned in Colombia for an NGO focused on grassroots efforts at reconciliation and forgiveness and conducted micro-level research in Peru on water-hygiene education for children. She is also involved with organizations such as the G20 Research Group, Mosaic Institute and Crossroads International. She is fascinated by languages, and is currently learning her fifth, Arabic, in hopes of working in the MENA region in the near future.
