As a seasoned executive and recognized Business and Technology Leader Mark brings a unique blend of expertise, leadership, and a holistic perspective to drive value-driven enterprise transformations. With a successful track record in business strategy creation and delivery, he excels in business modernization and process redesign, aligning technology enablement with human-centric design principles.

Beyond his professional commitments, Mark serves as a dedicated Board member for the Canada Ukraine Chamber of Commerce, where he Chairs the Innovation and Technology Committee. He actively contributes to its strategic initiatives focusing on Rebuilding Ukraine and enabling Ukrainian business in Canada and the USA.

In his personal life, Mark is not only a passionate Liverpool FC fan but also finds joy in spending time outdoors and travelling with his family. A continuous learner on both professional and personal fronts, Mark’s enthusiasm for technology and its transformative impact on our daily lives underscores his commitment to staying at the forefront of innovation.

    As a leading member of the Atlantic Treaty Association (ATA), NATO Association of Canada has strong and enduring ties with sister organizations in many of the alliance countries, as well as members of NATO’s “Partnership for Peace” and “Mediterranean Dialogue” programmes. The NAOC has had a leading role in the recent transformation and modernization of the ATA, and helped to create and develop the Youth Atlantic Treaty Association (YATA).

    The NAOC has strong ties with the Government of Canada including Global Affairs Canada and the Department of National Defence. We are constantly working to create and maintain relationships with international organizations such as the World Bank Group, the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development, NATO Headquarters, the International Criminal Court, and other prominent international NGOs and think tanks.
