Justin Farrell

Justin Farrell is a Junior Research Fellow at the NATO Association of Canada. He holds a Master of Public

Administration from the University of Victoria (British Columbia, Canada) and a Master of Arts in

Philosophy from the University of Leuven (Belgium), where he specialized in ethics and political

philosophy. He also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Western

Ontario. He has previously interned with the Secretariat of the International Narcotics Control Board

(INCB) at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Vienna, Austria, and with the U.S.

Foreign Commercial Service at the U.S. Embassy to Canada in Ottawa. He has broad interests in

government administration, international relations and public policy research. He has a working

knowledge of Dutch.
