Originally from Truro, Nova Scotia, Chloé is a 2025 graduate from Mount Allison university, with a BA Honours in International Relations. This coming fall, she will be pursuing her masters in Environmental Development at the London School of Economics. Her academic journey is driven by a deep interest in the intersection of climate security and international cooperation, and a commitment to understanding global challenges through hands-on experience. Eager to broaden her perspective, she has studied and worked abroad to engage directly with the international institutions she once explored through textbooks.
Chloé’s academic work is grounded in community-based action. She served on the inaugural Nova Scotia Youth Climate Council and worked as a housing policy student for United Way Colchester—both roles focused on creating more equitable and sustainable communities. She also contributes to the Atlantic Council for International Cooperation, helping connect Atlantic youth with global goals. A passionate advocate for youth empowerment and education, Chloé dedicates much of her time through her different affiliations to equip and engage young people to take on complex global issues.
As a NATO field school alumna, Chloé is excited to be able to apply what she learned during the extensive program to the NAOC team!
