Sakura Armstrong

Sakura Armstrong is a program editor at the NATO Association of Canada. She is currently a third-year student at the University of Toronto pursuing a double-major in International Relations and Book and Media Studies and a minor in Creativity and Society. Born in Japan, Sakura is also interested in contemporary Japanese studies, and she is the current communications assistant at the Centre for the Study of Global Japan at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy. At the NATO Association of Canada, Sakura hopes to delve deeper into her interests studying the role of media in international relations, security, and the concept of nationhood.
