Vanessa Hayford is a recent graduate of the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Social Science in International Development and Globalization, French Immersion. Through experience working on Parliament Hill and the influence of her Ghanaian heritage, Vanessa has developed a passion for global affairs, particularly politics and issues in Sub-Saharan Africa. Vanessa enjoys reading, writing and following the news, and she hopes to pursue a Master’s degree in September 2016.
