Ioanna Karcas is completing a Political Science Specialist at the University of Toronto, with a desire to work in trade and energy security. Ioanna has previously completed research on immigration politics in the Balkan region, and has published articles for the Global New York Times in Greece, and Cyprus. Ioanna has also served as a Compliance Analyst for the G20 Research Group, researching on Climate Change, and most recently, Tax Law. She will be acting as the program editor for the Emerging Security section of the NATO Association of Canada, aiming to address our most prominent security threats.
