Adwet Sharma is an intern at the NATO Association of Canada, where he is focusing on his primary interests of International Security, Foreign Policy and Economics. Given his passion for governance, Adwet also works as a Policy Advisor at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario (Queen’s Park), after having worked on provincial and federal elections. He is currently pursuing an International Affairs Specialist and an Economics Major (HBA) at the University of Toronto and is in his fourth andfinal year. Originally from India, and having grown up in Germany and the UK, Adwet seeks to promote the importance of international perspectives and collaboration. He also seeks to foster inclusivity in his role as the Intercultural Team Leader at the International Education Centre at UofT.
