Mark Williams holds a Master’s in International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University. He specializes in matters of national security, northern affairs and intergovernmental relations. His current research focuses upon the geopolitics of the polar regions, in both the Arctic and Antarctic.
